SING SA, expert in digital innovation in Africa
One month after the launch of our acceleration program entitled Cohort Innovation 4.0, we are interviewing startups incubated at Pivot 4.0. This is an opportunity for them to talk to you in detail about their projects and for you to encourage them and ask them questions.
We are Ultimate CRM and basically, we are a computer startup called Web Services, we have registered for the Cohorte Innovation 4.0 acceleration program to confront the ecosystem and the SING experts. It will allow us to challenge our product but also and above all our strategy. Our goal is to improve our platform to meet our users' expectations, so tell us about your platform, which is a customer relationship management software. The focus is on prospection to boost a company's sales force.
We started to develop a similar but simpler, more basic tool for internal use. We then noted the impact of this simple innovation on our entire business. So we decided to deepen the concept, to add new functions, in short to make it much more efficient, in order to commercialize it. Ultimate CRM is a practical and powerful tool for developing companies with an exceptional track record.
We have noticed that the digital culture of companies and organizations still needs to be improved. However, digital technology is becoming more and more essential within these entities. We hope that with solutions like ours and digital transformation efforts initiated by companies like SING, this situation will soon change.
After one month in the incubator, we have adopted a new approach to our strategy. It's refreshing and opens up different perspectives.
